 FashionBoxAfrica Limited is a fashion promotion, design, training and sales company with core value focused on quality of products and customers satisfaction. In line with our main focus all merchants/vendors enlisted on the online-market platform have been duly screened and accredited to provide outstanding African designs/styles to meet customers’ needs.

Online Payment Platform

 Paystack is the payment gateway utilized by FashionBoxAfrica Limited for easy online payment. Major payment transaction cards (MasterCards, Visa, etc) are accepted on this platform.

 

Return/Refund Policy

Conditions for payment refund on rejected order are as follows:

 Step 1

Notification on rejected ordered should get to the company within two days of product delivery via info@fashionboxafrica.com and/or official phone numbers with picture of the item (Whatsapp number +2348072683985)

Step 2

Reason for the rejection should be clearly stated and once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the means to get the item back from you. Pleased ensure the item remains intact without any damage because this would amount to non-refund of payment.

Step 3

Provide bank account to receive your payment refund.

As soon as we receive the rejected item without damage, payment will be effected within 48 hours.
